Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq Al Said, the Supreme Commander has issued a Royal Pardon to a number of prisoners convicted of different cases.
A Royal Oman Police source said today (Thursday) that 282 prisoners have been pardoned, 123 of them are expatriates.
