Muscat: The Muscat Electricity Distribution Company (MEDC) said its billing system is temporarily suspended for year-end closing purposes and users will be not able to receive the instant bill or send their meter reading until January 25.
“The meter reading receiving period has been extended to January 31.” the company said.
