September 2019, Muscat, (Al Wisal): According to the latest weather maps and forecasts from the National Multi Hazard Early Warning System (NMHEWS), tropical storm ‘Hikaa’ has developed into a first-degree cyclone.
The wind rotating speeds around the center of the storm range between 65 and 70 knots, and is expected to make landfall today.
