Northern parts of the Sultanate are likely to receive light to moderate rainfall starting from Saturday, according to the latest weather forecast.
Musandam and North Al Batinah Governorates, as well as areas near the coastline of the Sea of Oman will be affected by an expected weather depression, according to Humood Al Naabi – a Weather Forecast Specialist at the Public Authority for Civil Aviation (PACA) – who spoke to Al Wisal FM.
Al Naabi added that the rain-bearing depression might continue for two days as per initial indications, with temperatures expected to rise in the coming three days before dropping again.
